At Paws and Claws CBD, we are offering free shipping on all orders in the United States.
Please note we have no control over your package as soon as it is in the hands of our shipping partners.
Economy Shipping: Most orders are delivered in 5-8 business days after processing but
please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in some cases.
Standard Ground Shipping: Up to 5 business days after the order is processed.
Expedited Air Shipping: Up to 3 business days after the order is processed. Currently not available for orders over 5 lbs. and orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
PO Box Shipping: If you have a PO box, you must order using the Economy Shipping option.
We do not ship to PO boxes for Standard and Expedited shipping.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We use a variety of different carriers to ensure the best experience for our customers. Just click on the number in the shipping confirmation email to track your package!
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed. This includes shipping time (5-10 business days), our processing time (1 businessday), and your bank’s processing time (5-10 business days).
